ReMix A-side and B-side
Each series, A-side and B-side, is based on 5 of the 10 Open Floor Core Movement Resources, which are the foundation of Open Floor Movement Practice.
These 5 week online groups build creativity and insight through free movement and guided writing explorations, witnessing and sharing.

A ReMix emerges from the generative paradox of freedom and constraint. A ReMix is also relational and social: it requires multiple creators working on their own, as well as together, inspired and inspiring.
ReMix A and B introduce Open Floor Fundamentals, and meet the standards of Open Floor International’s Art in Motion stream.

Each Our Stories workshop has a different elemental theme.
Decolonize story creation and form in this unique engagement with self, group, and ecosystem. You will be guided in creating a communal cyclical story by connecting with sensations in your body and sharing power. Learn tools for processing information somatically (through your body), and for responding to the world by accessing your embodied awareness in place of habit and reflex.
By the end of the workshop you will have a felt sense of connection with both your sensate and creative intelligences, as well as a take home story that can seed further creative development and play in your life.
Our Human entanglement in both nature and technology is the paradox of our time. It calls for a radical retelling of our personal and collective stories.
Harness the power of collective myth-making through movement and writing.
